All of my programs are meant to change the way you think about living a healthy lifestyle. Through education and coaching my hope for you is that we, together, create a plan that helps you create healthy habits for you that you can keep with you for a lifetime.


I love to get you thinking about how you can challenge yourself to make the process fun, creative and sustainable. Nutrition, exercise, rest and recovery should be treated as something that fuels your amazing body so it can help you look, feel and perform at your best.

Each of the programs offered are customized for every individual's needs and goals. Once signed up for a program, you will have 24-7 access to me through your client portal. This will allow you to have your questions and or concerns answered quickly so you never feel alone in your journey.

Health Coaching 

Your overall health and wellness is not determined by any one facet of self-care, but rather looking at all facets of your daily life and making sure that you are giving each area the attention needed. The Health Coaching program offered includes assessing, developing, and implementing daily habits in nutrition, movement, enjoyment, rest and recovery to help you reach your fullest potential. 

This program includes a 60-minute intake / assessment session so you can help me understand where you currently are with your daily health habits. Once we complete your initial session, we will create your individual plan with goals and start meeting once a week, either in person or virtually, depending on your schedule and preference. We will use the once a week check ins to answer any questions you have, check on your progress and adjust your plans as necessary to ensure you achieve you goals.

Nutrition Coaching

Daily Nutritional habits set the tone for your overall health...it is the foundation of how we look and feel overall. 

This program will Include a 60-minute intake / assessment session so you can help me understand where you currently are with your daily nutritional habits, hydration, and supplementation. By the end of the first session, I will understand any food allergies, preferences, and major roadblocks you have historically or currently have. Once we complete your initial session, we will create your individual plan and goals and start meeting once a week, either in person or virtually, depending on your schedule and preference. I will develop and send you weekly meal plans with recipes and grocery lists to ensure you have everything you need for the week ahead. We will use the once a week check ins to answer any questions you have, check on your progress and adjust your meal plans as necessary.

Healthy Morning

Personal Training

Exercise should be an empowering experience that leaves you feeling strong and confident.

This program will Include a 60-minute intake / assessment session so you help me understand where you currently are with your daily exercise habits. By the end of the first session, I will understand where you currently are versus where you would like to be. Once we complete your initial session, I will develop a complete training program for you based on your individual goals. We will start meeting on a consistent basis to train, check in on your progress and make any adjustments to your programming as needed. All sessions can be in person or virtual, depending on your schedule and preference.
